Multivariate Employee Screening Assessment Creation & Validation for a Sales Environment

Research was performed with a local telemarketing company to link attributes such as subjective well-being, locus of control, openness, consciousness, extroversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, attention, and video game activity with employee sales performance data.

  • Developed hypotheses along with other group members
  • Reviewed literature and wrote research proposal for Utah State University’s Institutional Review Board
  • Wrote a grant proposal to fund research
  • Developed the assessment for research and created a digital measure using Google Form to administer assessment
  • Analyzed data using regression analysis and correlations to find significant relationships between variables
